All our gift vouchers feature a unique voucher number, may only be redeemed once, may not be exchanged for cash, replaced if lost, and is non-transferable.

The voucher can only be redeemed once for the full value. Please refer to the terms & conditions displayed on the individual voucher.

The gift voucher must be presented upon arrival when redeeming the voucher. No photocopies will be accepted. Advance bookings may be necessary. Cancellation of a booking less than 72 hours before the day of arrival will render the voucher null & void.
